The extension add two grid to Magento 2 Dashboard, The first add to tabs list (Bestsellers,Most Viewed Products...) and showing the top products added to Wishlist and give you the total number time which this product has added, and give you the ability to click on the products from grid and visit product page at admin , the second grid showing in the left side showing the last products added to wishlist and you can vist any product showed in this grid .
